This is not pay-per-session training.

Clients training 3–4 times per week who want maximum structure, accountability, and momentum.


Includes:

One-on-one private training sessions

Fully customized 12-week training plan

Body recomposition focus (fat loss, lean mass, performance)

Progress tracking and ongoing adjustments

Lifestyle guidance between sessions

Payment options:

Paid in full: $4,400

Or split into 3 monthly payments of $1,500

24 private 1:1 sessions

($120 per session)

$499 / month

High-touch coaching for individuals who want maximum structure and support.

Includes:

Advanced programming

Priority communication

Ongoing Online Coaching Packages
Following your initial consultation, you’ll be placed into the coaching tier that best aligns with your goals, experience level, and desired level of accountability.
All coaching packages include customized programming and access to the private coaching app.

REMOTE COACHING — HIGH TOUCH


$699 / month
For clients who want premium, hands-on coaching with limited availability.


Includes everything in High Touch, plus:
Weekly 1:1 virtual check-in (15–30 minutes)
Fully periodized training & nutrition strategy
Body recomposition or physique-focused planning
Lifestyle optimization (sleep, stress, schedule)
Travel and dining-out strategies
On-demand messaging (reasonable use)
Client cap enforced for quality
Optional onboarding fee: $199
(Waived with a 3-month commitment)


COMMITMENT & POLICIES

Minimum 3-month commitment recommended for best results

7-day notice required for cancellation

Coaching is non-medical and non-diagnostic
